As parents, there is a time of year I'm really afraid that the summer holidays. The first week is always fun for me, because there are many things we can do. But for the second week they have children they get bored and run me ragged, I recently found a solution.

Trampolines. I bought one with a safety net for my garden and in the last 5 weeks of summer vacation my kids were asking me to go out! The nice thing I liked the trampoline, came with a big fishing netaround him, so I knew that my children were safe and happy, and could fall. I thought it would be ideal for the summer, but it was great for the whole year.

It 'been nice to see them bounce off for a day in shorts and T-shirt and the next thing you know they are in gloves and hats, their chatter throughout the year on ideals. Like all parents at some point, I had a problem with my children's eating habits, but since the purchase of a trampoline, I noticed that they're hungrymore and are more than drinking and are usually looking much healthier. I noticed that my children are socially much more happy because now invite: invite friends to play on the trampoline and started to mix much better with their colleagues.

My son is autistic and has really enjoyed it, on the trampoline, she gave him plenty of exercise and her diet is now bright, burning all that energy has a lot of hungry and I'M eat now able to make him what he would not eat in advance. Her fluid intake is increased, and drink plenty of water, which in turn made his mood much better, because he suffers with fewer headaches. One of the most striking changes in sleeping habits of my children have them. I used to have real problems getting them off into the night, but all that exercise and sleep, jump and bounce and she laughs a lot more tired at bedtime come.

Now I can be on the phonesomeone who can think without question, I mean, housework / yard work without worrying that you raise.
